Which apps this covers

This policy applies to every Android app published by Omar Elsiri. Not every app contains every component below:

If the app you are using is not in that table, this policy still applies to it in full. Treat every section below as applying unless the app plainly has no such feature - an app with no ads shows you no ads, and an app that never asks you to sign in sends Play Games nothing.

What every app stores on your device

Each app keeps its own settings and progress in its own private storage, which no other app on the phone can read. Depending on the app that means things like:

• Progress - your saved games, your scores and your records.
• Settings - sound, music, language, theme and similar preferences.

None of it identifies you, none of it is uploaded, and uninstalling the app deletes all of it. We cannot read it, and there is nothing for us to delete on request because we never had a copy.

What we collect ourselves

Nothing. We operate no server, no account system, no crash reporting and no analytics SDK. No app sends us a message of any kind. The only figures we ever see are the anonymous, aggregated ones Google Play Console and AdMob show every developer - install counts by country, device models, total impressions - none of which describes an individual.

Advertising (Google AdMob) - where an app includes it

This section applies to apps marked Ads: Yes above. Where an app shows ads, they are supplied by Google AdMob, and the Google Mobile Ads SDK runs inside the app. It is operated by Google, not by us. To fill an ad slot it collects and transmits from your device:

• your advertising ID - a resettable identifier Android provides for exactly this purpose;
• coarse device and app information, such as device model, operating system version, language, and which app is running;
• your IP address, from which an approximate location can be derived;
• ad interaction data - that an ad was requested, shown, clicked or dismissed.

We never see any of it. No advertising ID, no IP address and no identifier of any kind reaches us.

Google's use of this data is governed by the Google Privacy Policy and by How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services.

How to limit it. On Android, open Settings → Privacy → Ads (the exact path varies by manufacturer) to reset your advertising ID or delete it entirely. Deleting it stops apps receiving it, which prevents ads being personalised to you. The apps themselves are unaffected and play exactly the same without it.

Google Play Games - where an app includes it

This section applies to apps marked Play Games: Yes above. Where an app offers achievements or leaderboards, it does so through Google Play Games, and signing in is optional - the app works fully if you never do.

If you do sign in, Google gives the app a Play Games player id: an identifier for your gaming profile, not your email address and not your name. From then on the app may tell Google that an achievement has been unlocked, and may submit a score so it can appear on a leaderboard. Nothing else is sent, and while you are signed out nothing is sent at all.

That data is held by Google under the Google Privacy Policy. You can review and delete your Play Games data - for one game or for all of them - in the Play Games app under Settings → Delete Play Games account & data. We never see your identity; only the anonymous totals Play Console shows every developer.

Permissions

What an app asks for depends on what it contains. Across these apps the full list is:

None of these apps requests location, contacts, storage, camera, microphone or phone permissions, because none of them has any use for them.

Google Play (the store)

If you installed an app from Google Play, Google collects the usual install and device data as the distributor. That is between you and Google, and is covered by Google's own privacy policy rather than by this one.

Children

These apps are not directed at children under 13, and we collect nothing from anyone, of any age. Note however that where an app shows ads, the Google Mobile Ads SDK behaves as described above regardless of who is holding the phone. A parent who would rather no advertising identifier were available can delete it in Android's settings as described above.

How long anything is kept

Data an app stores on your device stays there until you delete it or uninstall the app - we set no expiry because we have no access to it. Data held by Google through AdMob or Play Games is retained under Google's own policies, and can be managed through your Google account.

Legal basis and your rights

Where the GDPR applies, the legal basis for the advertising described above is your consent where consent is required in your region, and otherwise our legitimate interest in funding free software (Art. 6(1)(a) and 6(1)(f) GDPR). For Play Games, it is your own decision to sign in.

You have the right to access, correct, delete and port your data, to object to processing and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Because we hold no personal data about you, there is nothing here for us to hand over or erase - a request about data held by Google should go to Google, and we will help you direct it if you ask.

This website

This page is static. It sets no cookies, runs no analytics, loads no fonts, scripts or images from anywhere else, and embeds nothing. The server keeps ordinary access logs - IP address, time, page requested - for operation and security, and nothing further is done with them.

Changes

If an app gains a component that changes what is described here, this policy is updated before that version ships. The date at the top is the last change.

Für welche Apps das gilt

Diese Erklärung gilt für jede von Omar Elsiri veröffentlichte Android-App. Nicht jede App enthält jede der unten genannten Komponenten:

Steht die App, die du benutzt, nicht in der Tabelle, gilt diese Erklärung trotzdem vollständig für sie. Alle folgenden Abschnitte gelten, sofern die App die jeweilige Funktion nicht offensichtlich gar nicht hat - eine App ohne Werbung zeigt dir keine Werbung, und eine App, die dich nie zur Anmeldung auffordert, sendet an Play Games nichts.

Was jede App auf deinem Gerät speichert

Jede App speichert ihre Einstellungen und deinen Fortschritt in ihrem eigenen privaten Speicher, den keine andere App auf dem Telefon lesen kann. Je nach App sind das etwa:

• Fortschritt - gespeicherte Spielstände, Punkte und Rekorde.
• Einstellungen - Ton, Musik, Sprache, Design und Ähnliches.

Nichts davon identifiziert dich, nichts wird hochgeladen, und beim Deinstallieren wird alles gelöscht. Wir können es nicht lesen, und es gibt auf Anfrage nichts zu löschen, weil wir nie eine Kopie hatten.

Was wir selbst erheben

Nichts. Wir betreiben keinen Server, kein Kontosystem, keine Absturzberichte und kein Analyse-SDK. Keine App sendet uns irgendetwas. Die einzigen Zahlen, die wir je sehen, sind die anonymen, aggregierten Angaben, die Google Play Console und AdMob jedem Entwickler zeigen - Installationen nach Land, Gerätemodelle, Impressionen insgesamt - und keine davon beschreibt eine einzelne Person.

Werbung (Google AdMob) - sofern eine App sie enthält

Dieser Abschnitt gilt für Apps, die oben mit Werbung: Ja gekennzeichnet sind. Wo eine App Werbung zeigt, stammt sie von Google AdMob, und das Google Mobile Ads SDK läuft in der App. Betrieben wird es von Google, nicht von uns. Um eine Werbefläche zu füllen, erhebt und überträgt es von deinem Gerät:

• deine Werbe-ID - eine zurücksetzbare Kennung, die Android genau dafür bereitstellt;
• grobe Geräte- und App-Informationen wie Gerätemodell, Betriebssystemversion, Sprache und die laufende App;
• deine IP-Adresse, aus der sich ein ungefährer Standort ableiten lässt;
• Interaktionsdaten - dass eine Anzeige angefordert, gezeigt, angeklickt oder geschlossen wurde.

Wir sehen davon nichts. Weder Werbe-ID noch IP-Adresse noch irgendeine andere Kennung erreicht uns.

Googles Umgang mit diesen Daten richtet sich nach der Google-Datenschutzerklärung und nach Wie Google Daten verwendet, wenn du Websites oder Apps unserer Partner nutzt.

Wie du das einschränkst. Öffne unter Android Einstellungen → Datenschutz → Werbung (der genaue Pfad hängt vom Hersteller ab), um deine Werbe-ID zurückzusetzen oder ganz zu löschen. Nach dem Löschen erhalten Apps sie nicht mehr, wodurch keine personalisierte Werbung mehr möglich ist. Die Apps selbst funktionieren unverändert weiter.

Google Play Games - sofern eine App es enthält

Dieser Abschnitt gilt für Apps, die oben mit Play Games: Ja gekennzeichnet sind. Wo eine App Erfolge oder Bestenlisten anbietet, geschieht das über Google Play Games, und die Anmeldung ist freiwillig - die App funktioniert vollständig auch ohne sie.

Wenn du dich anmeldest, erhält die App von Google eine Play-Games-Spieler-ID: eine Kennung für dein Spielerprofil, nicht deine E-Mail-Adresse und nicht deinen Namen. Ab dann kann die App Google mitteilen, dass ein Erfolg freigeschaltet wurde, und einen Punktestand übermitteln, damit er in einer Bestenliste erscheint. Mehr wird nicht gesendet, und solange du abgemeldet bist, gar nichts.

Diese Daten liegen bei Google gemäß der Google-Datenschutzerklärung. Du kannst deine Play-Games-Daten - für ein Spiel oder für alle - in der Play-Games-App unter Einstellungen → Play-Games-Konto und -Daten löschen einsehen und löschen. Wir sehen deine Identität nie, nur die anonymen Summen, die die Play Console jedem Entwickler zeigt.

Berechtigungen

Was eine App anfordert, hängt davon ab, was sie enthält. Über alle Apps hinweg ist die vollständige Liste:

Keine dieser Apps fordert Berechtigungen für Standort, Kontakte, Speicher, Kamera, Mikrofon oder Telefon an, weil keine davon dafür eine Verwendung hat.

Google Play (der Store)

Hast du eine App über Google Play installiert, erhebt Google als Vertreiber die üblichen Installations- und Gerätedaten. Das liegt zwischen dir und Google und richtet sich nach Googles eigener Datenschutzerklärung, nicht nach dieser.

Kinder

Diese Apps richten sich nicht an Kinder unter 13 Jahren, und wir erheben von niemandem Daten, unabhängig vom Alter. Beachte jedoch, dass sich das Google Mobile Ads SDK dort, wo eine App Werbung zeigt, wie oben beschrieben verhält, unabhängig davon, wer das Telefon in der Hand hält. Wer lieber gar keine Werbe-ID verfügbar hätte, kann sie wie oben beschrieben in den Android-Einstellungen löschen.

Wie lange etwas gespeichert wird

Was eine App auf deinem Gerät speichert, bleibt dort, bis du es löschst oder die App deinstallierst - wir setzen keine Frist, weil wir keinen Zugriff darauf haben. Was Google über AdMob oder Play Games hält, wird nach Googles eigenen Richtlinien aufbewahrt und lässt sich über dein Google-Konto verwalten.

Rechtsgrundlage und deine Rechte

Soweit die DSGVO gilt, ist Rechtsgrundlage für die oben beschriebene Werbung deine Einwilligung, wo in deiner Region eine Einwilligung erforderlich ist, andernfalls unser berechtigtes Interesse an der Finanzierung kostenloser Software (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. a und lit. f DSGVO). Für Play Games ist es deine eigene Entscheidung, dich anzumelden.

Du hast das Recht auf Auskunft, Berichtigung, Löschung und Datenübertragbarkeit, das Recht auf Widerspruch sowie das Recht auf Beschwerde bei einer Aufsichtsbehörde. Da wir keine personenbezogenen Daten über dich haben, gibt es bei uns nichts herauszugeben oder zu löschen - eine Anfrage zu Daten bei Google richtest du bitte an Google, und wir helfen dir gern dabei.

Diese Website

Diese Seite ist statisch. Sie setzt keine Cookies, führt keine Analyse durch, lädt keine Schriften, Skripte oder Bilder von anderswo und bettet nichts ein. Der Server führt gewöhnliche Zugriffsprotokolle - IP-Adresse, Zeit, angefragte Seite - für Betrieb und Sicherheit; darüber hinaus geschieht damit nichts.

Änderungen

Erhält eine App eine Komponente, die das hier Beschriebene ändert, wird diese Erklärung aktualisiert, bevor diese Version erscheint. Das Datum oben nennt die letzte Änderung.

التطبيقات اللي السياسة دي بتغطيها

السياسة دي بتنطبق على كل تطبيق أندرويد نشره عمر الصيري. مش كل تطبيق فيه كل المكوّنات اللي تحت:

لو التطبيق اللي بتستخدمه مش في الجدول، السياسة دي برضه بتنطبق عليه بالكامل. اعتبر كل الأقسام اللي تحت سارية إلا لو التطبيق واضح إن مفيهوش الميزة دي أصلاً - التطبيق اللي مفيهوش إعلانات مش هيعرضلك إعلانات، واللي عمره ما بيطلب منك تسجّل دخول مش بيبعت لـ Play Games أي حاجة.

إيه اللي كل تطبيق بيحفظه على جهازك

كل تطبيق بيحفظ إعداداته وتقدّمك في مساحته الخاصة، اللي مفيش تطبيق تاني على التليفون يقدر يقراها. حسب التطبيق، ده ممكن يكون:

• التقدّم - الألعاب المحفوظة، ونتايجك، وأرقامك القياسية.
• الإعدادات - الصوت والموسيقى واللغة والمظهر وحاجات زي كده.

مفيش حاجة من دول بتعرّفك، ومفيش حاجة بتترفع، ولما تشيل التطبيق كل ده بيتمسح. إحنا مش قادرين نقراه، ومفيش حاجة عندنا نمسحها لو طلبت، لأننا أصلاً عمرنا ما أخدنا نسخة.

إيه اللي إحنا بنجمعه

ولا حاجة. مفيش عندنا سيرفر، ولا نظام حسابات، ولا تقارير أعطال، ولا أي SDK تحليلات. مفيش تطبيق بيبعتلنا أي حاجة. الأرقام الوحيدة اللي بنشوفها هي الأرقام المجمّعة والمجهّلة اللي Google Play Console و AdMob بيوروها لأي مطوّر - عدد التثبيتات حسب الدولة، وموديلات الأجهزة، وإجمالي مرات الظهور - ومفيش فيها حاجة بتوصف شخص بعينه.

الإعلانات (Google AdMob) - لو التطبيق فيه إعلانات

القسم ده بينطبق على التطبيقات المكتوب جنبها إعلانات: أيوه فوق. لو التطبيق بيعرض إعلانات، فهي جاية من Google AdMob، و Google Mobile Ads SDK بيشتغل جوه التطبيق. اللي بيشغّله Google، مش إحنا. عشان يملا مساحة إعلانية، بيجمع ويبعت من جهازك:

• معرّف الإعلانات بتاعك - معرّف تقدر تعيد ضبطه، أندرويد بيوفّره للغرض ده بالظبط؛
• معلومات عامة عن الجهاز والتطبيق، زي موديل الجهاز وإصدار النظام واللغة والتطبيق الشغّال؛
• عنوان الـ IP بتاعك، اللي منه ممكن يتحدد موقع تقريبي؛
• بيانات التفاعل - إن إعلان اتطلب أو اتعرض أو اتضغط أو اتقفل.

إحنا عمرنا ما بنشوف أي حاجة من دي. لا معرّف إعلانات ولا عنوان IP ولا أي معرّف من أي نوع بيوصلنا.

استخدام Google للبيانات دي محكوم بـ سياسة خصوصية Google وبـ كيفية استخدام Google للمعلومات من المواقع أو التطبيقات اللي بتستخدم خدماتنا.

إزاي تقلّل ده. على أندرويد، افتح الإعدادات ← الخصوصية ← الإعلانات (المسار بيختلف حسب الشركة) عشان تعيد ضبط معرّف الإعلانات أو تمسحه خالص. لما تمسحه التطبيقات مبتستلمهوش، وبالتالي مفيش إعلانات مخصصة ليك. التطبيقات نفسها مش بتتأثر وبتشتغل زي ما هي.

‏Google Play Games - لو التطبيق فيه

القسم ده بينطبق على التطبيقات المكتوب جنبها Play Games: أيوه فوق. لو التطبيق بيقدّم إنجازات أو لوحات صدارة، فده عن طريق Google Play Games، وتسجيل الدخول اختياري - التطبيق شغال بالكامل من غيره.

لو سجّلت دخولك، Google بتدّي التطبيق معرّف لاعب في Play Games: ده معرّف لملفك كلاعب، مش إيميلك ولا اسمك. من ساعتها التطبيق ممكن يقول لـ Google إن إنجاز اتفتح، وممكن يبعت نتيجة عشان تظهر في لوحة صدارة. مفيش غير كده، ولو انت مش مسجّل مفيش أي حاجة بتتبعت أصلاً.

البيانات دي عند Google تحت سياسة خصوصية Google. تقدر تراجع بيانات Play Games بتاعتك وتمسحها - للعبة واحدة أو لكلها - من تطبيق Play Games في الإعدادات ← حذف حساب وبيانات Play Games. إحنا عمرنا ما بنشوف هويتك، بنشوف بس الأرقام المجمّعة اللي Play Console بتوريها لأي مطوّر.

الأذونات

اللي التطبيق بيطلبه بيعتمد على اللي جواه. على مستوى كل التطبيقات، القايمة الكاملة هي:

مفيش تطبيق من دول بيطلب إذن للموقع أو جهات الاتصال أو التخزين أو الكاميرا أو الميكروفون أو التليفون، لأن مفيش فيهم حاجة محتاجة كده.

‏Google Play (المتجر)

لو ثبّتّ التطبيق من Google Play، جوجل بتجمع بيانات التثبيت والجهاز المعتادة بصفتها الموزّع. ده بينك وبين جوجل، ومحكوم بسياسة خصوصية جوجل نفسها مش بالسياسة دي.

الأطفال

التطبيقات دي مش موجّهة لأطفال تحت ١٣ سنة، وإحنا مبنجمعش حاجة من أي حد مهما كان سنه. بس خد بالك إن في التطبيقات اللي بتعرض إعلانات، الـ SDK بتاع Google بيشتغل زي ما موصوف فوق بغض النظر عن مين ماسك التليفون. ولي الأمر اللي مش عايز يكون في معرّف إعلانات متاح أصلاً يقدر يمسحه من إعدادات أندرويد زي ما موضّح فوق.

مدة الاحتفاظ

اللي التطبيق بيحفظه على جهازك بيفضل هناك لحد ما تمسحه أو تشيل التطبيق - إحنا مش بنحدد مدة لأن مفيش عندنا وصول ليه أصلاً. اللي عند Google من خلال AdMob أو Play Games بيتحفظ حسب سياسات Google، وتقدر تتحكم فيه من حسابك في Google.

الأساس القانوني وحقوقك

لو الـ GDPR بينطبق، الأساس القانوني للإعلانات الموصوفة فوق هو موافقتك في المناطق اللي بتتطلب موافقة، وغير كده مصلحتنا المشروعة في تمويل برامج مجانية (المادة ٦(١)(أ) و٦(١)(و) من الـ GDPR). أما Play Games فالأساس هو قرارك انت إنك تسجّل دخولك.

ليك حق الوصول والتصحيح والحذف ونقل البيانات، وحق الاعتراض، وحق الشكوى لجهة رقابية. وبما إن مفيش عندنا أي بيانات شخصية عنك، فمفيش حاجة عندنا نسلّمها أو نمسحها - لو الطلب بخصوص بيانات عند Google يتبعتلهم، وإحنا هنساعدك توصّله لو حبيت.

الموقع ده

الصفحة دي ثابتة. مبتحطّش كوكيز، ومفيهاش تحليلات، ومبتحمّلش خطوط ولا سكربتات ولا صور من أي مكان تاني، ومبتضمّنش أي حاجة. السيرفر بيسجّل سجلات وصول عادية - عنوان IP والوقت والصفحة المطلوبة - للتشغيل والأمان، ومفيش حاجة تانية بتتعمل بيها.

التغييرات

لو تطبيق ضاف مكوّن بيغيّر اللي موصوف هنا، السياسة دي بتتحدّث قبل ما الإصدار ده ينزل. التاريخ اللي فوق هو آخر تعديل.
